Human Trafficking & Child Sexual Abuse Resource Guide

The Dakota Children’s Advocacy Center (DCAC) and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), in partnership with the North Dakota Human Trafficking Task Force (NDHTTF), provide this toolkit as a resource for multidisciplinary teams, communities, task forces, and others involved in anti-human trafficking and child exploitation efforts in North Dakota.
It is the mission of this partnership to ensure that the toolkit serves as a catalyst to help MDTs and communities improve upon and engage in a united response against human trafficking, CSEC, and CSAM across North Dakota, and ensure an understanding of local resources to assist MDTs in accomplishing their goals. The organizers of this project want to thank you for your interest in reviewing and utilizing the North Dakota toolkit, and appreciate your involvement in this crucial work.
