Director of Forensic Services

 We are looking for a Director of Forensic Services who will supervise our investigative team and will provide forensic interviews to children. As a supervisor, the Director of Forensic Services will provide regular supervision to forensic interviewers and advocates, oversee our multidisciplinary team, and be a part of our leadership team. As a Forensic Interviewer, the Director of Forensic Services will conduct forensic interviews of children who are suspected victims of abuse using research-based interview protocols and techniques, and testify in civil and criminal court. The Forensic Interviewer will be expected to work closely and effectively with multidisciplinary team members, facilitating and actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and peer review. We are looking for candidates who have 5 years of leadership experience, may have experience in forensic interviewing, and are organized, self-motivated, and work well with a team. Passion for kids is a must. ND Licensure as a counselor or social worker (LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LBSW, LCSW, or LICSW) is required.
