Clinical Supervisor – We are looking for a full-time clinical supervisor to join our team. The clinical supervisor will oversee our mental health program, including supervision of counselors.  The clinical supervisor will provide evidenced based individual, family, and group psychotherapy services on an outpatient basis to families. They will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise, and document the care of clients seen. This position works with multi-disciplinary team members. We offer great training opportunities and benefits. An LPCC or an LISCW license in North Dakota is required. Four years post-masters work is preferred. Counselor-We are looking for full-time or part time, experienced therapists/counselors to join our team at the Dakota Children’s Advocacy Center. Contract work will be considered.  The therapist at the DCAC will provide evidenced based individual, family, and group psychotherapy services on an outpatient basis to families. They will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise, and document the care of clients seen at the DCAC. The therapist also provides advocacy, support, resources, and information to the family. This position works with multi-disciplinary team members. The DCAC offers great training opportunities and benefits. A Master’s degree in counseling or social work and licensure in North Dakota is required. Two years post-masters work is preferred. Forensic Interviewer-We are looking for a full-time, experienced Forensic Interviewer to join our team at the Dakota Children’s Advocacy Center. The forensic interviewer at the DCAC will conduct interviews with child and adolescent victims, as well as adult victims with developmental disabilities. This position works with multi-disciplinary team members. The DCAC offers great training opportunities and benefits. Internships

The Dakota Children’s Advocacy Center offers a limited number of internship opportunities in Family Advocacy and Counseling. Undergraduate and graduate students who are pursuing careers in social work, psychology and/or counseling are provided supervision and training in their respective fields by staff at DCAC.

Volunteer Opportunities

The DCAC is currently looking for Volunteers for the Family Make and Take Day on April 14th at the Bismarck Public Library. The Family Make and Take Day will be held from 11 – 2 pm to help promote healthy families for Child Abuse Prevention Month. Volunteers will with set up and take down, welcome families and help guide them to the day’s activities. Interested volunteers should contact us at info@dakotacac.org.
